You know.. for the longest time I've always adored the idea of having my character based in the Dragon Ball universe. No matter how many times I have fandom hopped his theme, from Tokyo Mew Mew to Final Fantasy, whenever Dragon Ball brings itself back into the spotlight I have always found the idea of having Rai based in that universe felt right to me. The only problem is coming up with a logical story which would explain how he could be a neko and a saiyan at the same time. For this I will be brainstorming a bit, and maybe come up with something interesting.
