Maybe, but Clock Tower would require a flash cart to be played in English. Unless this pic takes place in Japan, and that poster in the background's just an import.

Wolfenstein 3D perhaps (PC version though since I know the SNES version is a tad...edited) though the 2009 Wolfenstein game is much scarier
