Vrghr normally does a "running" landing after his flights. But, when the space is tight, or he wants to show off a little, the big wuff can do a rather more graceful touchdown. For this, his beats his wings hard to kill his forward speed, and reaches for the ground with his hind legs, settling down gently (though with rather an impressive bit of wind-storm in advance).
Here is the wuffy indulging in one of those latter arrivals, poised just before touchdown. Isn't he graceful? *smiles*
