Ah, that. I don't see any difference in the way of payment, honestly... ^^

Goods and services charges the person being paid a small fee, friends and family charges the person paying. Paypal can freeze your account with them if you receive too many gifts because they suspect you of using it to dodge fees. Goods and services also gives the person paying you buyer protection, so say if you sent someone a physical good and it got there broke or wasn't what was advertised you can get paypal to refund you, or say you commission someone and something goes wrong, it works as a form of payment insurance.

Some artists either change their prices to make up for the fees or what they do is use a paypal calculator to work out how much extra one needs to pay.

Because my paypal will be used for business eventually I prefer to follow the rules this way because I don't want it frozen, it is hard because some artists refuse to let people carry on with a commission unless it is sent as a gift.

But like I said I sent you a little extra to account for the fees so you should get exactly $5 from me.
