It's not often I get a character who just pops into my head fully-formed, with a story to match, but well, it happened again tonight. :)

I was thinking about the story of Prometheus, the brilliant Titan who stole fire for mankind and was punished by Zeus. He was chained to a stone and forced to have his liver eaten out by an eagle each day. Then the image of a fallen angel chained to a stone and unable to fly popped into my head, and -this- Prometheus was born. He's a bit fuzzier than his namesake. :)

The character species and design isn't always completely clear to me, but I knew right away that Prome was a badger. He's clever and curious, but made a pretty large mistake in judgement once and ended up a fallen angel. Now he is working hard to redeem himself and get his former position back, but until then, he is cuffed around his middle to a stone and as a result he's unable to use his wings to fly. He's gotten pretty good at hefting it around, though.

Prometheus enjoys helping others fix their mistakes whenever he's doing guardian angel work, otherwise he helps beat up on demons and the like. You can call him Prome for short, but he's liable to have a fit if you call him 'Promie'. :)
