I agree, your best so far. You really have found the balance between working in wide, general areas/strokes and working in details, and it makes for an ideal level of detail when downsized.

The background is particularly striking - it really ends up coming off as very well-done vegetation!

I'll also commend this character's creator, for this is one of the most intriguing and interesting dragon faces I've seen in a long time. She's a cutie, I think.
