Since so many liked the cinnamon rolls, I'm posting another shot of some of them. See you all tonight after the competition!

The best cinnamon rolls I had was WAYYYYY back in highschool, during the last century! They used bread dough that raised like, well, a loaf of bread, and they got HUGE. If you got lucky and got a corner one, it was about as big as your head! And if you got them fresh from the oven in the morning, all hot and gooey, it was heavenly!! Memories....
Well, I use a basic sweet bread recipe for mine, then let them rise before rolling the dough out, making my own cinnamon & sugar mix with a little butter (Not TOO much as we don't want them TOO rich) for the center, then roll them up into one large roll by hand before cutting them down every 2 inches or so. i then proof the suckers and bake them, let them cool for JUST a few minutes, then ice 'em with a vanilla & cream cheese icing.
