Oh man, thanks so much! My hands are kinda wobbly (and I'm using Photoshop Elements instead of regular Photoshop so no stabilizer settings yaaaaaaay...), so I always worry my line art looks sloppy, ahaha. I've been working on it though!

oh gosh I remember first trying to draw (when I got my first tablet like a year ago I think?) with PS elements, and it was funnn /sarcasm/
it's totally to be expected with those kinds of programs, but to me your lines don't look sloppy! ughh when I used PS I was a total mess since my hands are always shaky as heck.

one program I'd suggest is Firealpaca if you wanna try something similar to paint tool sai (if you've ever tried sai, it's awesome)! Plus it's free so that's nice~

Thanks so much! Ahaha, I've been using PS Elements since I got my first tablet in 2011. It was great as a starter program, but I think I'm finally outgrowing it, which on one hand is good because I mean I'm improving yaaay, but on the other hand... means I have to find a new program to use and learn how to use that. Womp.

Ahhhh I've heard of FireAlpaca! I think I have a download link bookmarked somewhere. Free is definitely a big plus for me!
Gosh, I hear so many good things about sai, butttt my laptop's a Mac, and as far as I've seen, sai isn't Mac compatible :(

Ugh it sucks that sai isn't compatible, but it is a 50$ program ;; which isn't /too/ expensive, but it's not the absolute best program out there for what you're paying.

If you're able to, I'd totally recommend downloading firealpaca and giving it a try! It's a million times easier to use than PS, and the layout is somewhat similar too~

Oh man, thank you so much! This dude's been my 'sona for... shit, I think a good 10 years now? I've always loved cats and monsters, so finding a way to combine them was definitely the goal in his overall look, ahaha. I'm glad I'm not the only one who enjoys his design!
