My best guess on this lovely and VERY hairy orb weaver is Neoscona crucifera.

She's been out front of my garage for a couple months now. She's still hanging on despite the cooler weather. Her web has been quite high off the ground most of the time, but she began building it lower for me to reach. I'm not sure how much longer she will last, but I've enjoyed her presence this year.
