Cecil is a short sighted and as short temper wise fox. He wants to become a famed criminal master mind and live the high life. He is gifted with a higher than average IQ but has problems planning things out which usually cause him to be in varying levels of pain and misfortune. Fortunately for him if he does suffer a fatal wound he just wakes up some time before the incident occured.
He leads a crew of 3, including himself, hoping to make enough funds for the big jobs. Or noticed enough to heist for hire.

Side note, he tends to try to act like a badass but easily falters from anxiety. Especially when around women.
