Being how much I love age regression, I notice a lot of it do it through drink or magic spell. I took a new approach to the same concept.
This cannon is very special, it fires 1 tungsten round Diaper per shot, which with the on board Nav system, makes the diaper home in on the target selected. The diaper itself will latch on the target, and when it latches, it can't be removed.
The diaper also has small particles that will reduce the "victims" age to the set age on the Nav System. And once the transformation is complete, the powder will blank the memory of the new child.
However, this is a prototype type 2. Do not attempt to use anything but the required ammo and follow all the instructions on the manual. Do not look in either end of the device, place it in water, or point at anyone who is not a grown up ;p
(Dwarf was a victim of the type 1 prototype, which will permanently keep him locked at that age, as well as not blank his memory)
