Haha well I was GONNA say Tech N9ne but you already took care of him.
I'd love to see someone like Waka Flocka Flame, not sure species, but dude's practically a cartoon character already. MC Ride from Death Grips as like one of those Chinese Crested dogs. Run the Jewels would be hilarious as a pair of big cats (hey they're actually doing a Meow the Jewels album!). Aesop Rock in his "homeless bum" look could be interesting. Tyler or Earl from Odd Future maybe? Just trying to think of the most "exuberant" rappers out there.
