I've wanted to make one of these for a while, and finally did as a last minute day-before AN sculpture. I think this year was the first time I actually was able to make everything on my to-do list for a con, so gold star for me. I actually learned quite a bit about kirins too, the variety of them is a bit daunting! Thanks to my roommate Manasurge, who knows more about them then I do, for her help.

The gold clay I used for his mane and some scales had a nice effect on the rest of him too, sparkly! I may try a dragon with this colour combo later, I wound up really liking it.
