Personality: doesn't show alot of expression, monotone way of speaking unless around certain lions like Asabi, can be very violent and aggressive with lions that provoke that
side of him, clueless to others emotions

Dislikes- Most animals, being annoyed, most things really
Bio- Belay was born to a lioness named Upendi she was from a pride close to the outlands where he was born along with his sister. Due to the lack of food and water there were not that many cubs born to this particular pride. With really no cubs around Belay and his sister had become not really social with other preferring to lay near his mother and sister to rest in the shade while other cubs played with one another.
As Belay grew into his adulthood he stood out as a pretty dull lion tending to be very morose and almost emotionless. Belay didn't really enjoy pride life he really wanted nothing to do with it including caring for others cubs, he found that it wasn't his job to be caring for others young, the pride knew this as well and always told their cubs to keep away from Belay or he would eat them.
On a muggy summers day a cub from the pride had wandered off and Belay couldn't stand the mothers griping for one more minute so he decided to go and find this young trouble-maker . He did not have to go far before finding the mangled corpse of the young cub, the stench of hyena covered the cub but the pride took no heed in facts they blamed Belay for the death of the cub. The cubs mother in her distraught state attacked Belay leaving him bloodied and prideless.
Belay became a rouge searching the lands for food and shelter. One day he had noticed a small group of lionesses chasing down a gazelle , intrigued he followed them back to their border. Waiting patiently he soon noticed a young brown lioness heading out with a group possibly to hunt again. Once he had stopped the group he proceeded to tell them he wanted to speak to their king, after much hesitation and snarling the brown female lead him to the prides leader.
Belay learned that Kivuli was no king but a leader , after he and Kivuli discussed about what to do Belay was accepted into the pride and made a border guard.
Belay soon found himself in love with the brown lioness he had meet his first day her name was Asabi , she is one of the only lions he has ever shown emotions too. She has even bore him two beautiful cubs which he adores and would give his life to protect.
So if you want to try and get to his mate//cubs or his pride you will have to try to get past his border.
