
This is tonight's dinner, a simple stir fry using left over General Tso's chicken ( about 1 and a 1/2 pounds), cooked white rice ( I cook mine in soy sauce) and baby corns. It was added to a hot oiled wok and fried for about ten minutes. I also added some seasonings to the meat and baby corns before they went in. The seasoning consisted of a bit of extra soy sauce, Mrs. Dash hot seasoning and table seasoning, chili flakes and a bit of sauce left over from pot stickers.
