This is Firiona, a well-known general and seraph of the Celestial Realm in Eternal Saga. She is also Vandal's mother.

Firiona is a seraph angel in the Celestial Realm, though her form is of a Felitel, the feline-like race in Eternal Saga.

Firiona because a general during an event in Eternal Saga known as the 'Realm War', where the three main realms: Celestial, Demonic and Mortal, waged war between themsevles. Firiona never liked demons, since she always viewed them in the "classical sense:, all are evil and corrupt. She was on a mission to try and regain lost territory when she sees Orias, a demon general. Despite his huge size, she attacked, catching him off guard. The fighting was so fierce that they somehow got "knocked" into the Mortal Realm. In order to survive and not bring in any reinforcements to either side, they agreed on a "truce" until they were able to get back to their own realms. This took a lot longer than they imagined, and as an odd result, they feel in love with each other.
Their relationship ended up being on of the reasons for the formation of the 'Laws of the Realms', a set of rules for each realm to follow, one of them is that a relationship with any of different realms is forbidden, as well as the offspring os two from different realms. The rule was broken numorus occasions with half-mortal and half-demon or half-angel offspring, but a half-demon half-angel was a major concern, one that became a reality with Vandal's birth.

Overall, I'm happy with this one though some of the anatomy bothers me. Really happy with her color scheme, especialy the stripes.
