Fayl-Sen is a Serpent like creature who can transform into a human an anthropomorphic and her original dragon like feral form.

She's an aquatic oriented creature and spends more time around water, in her feral and anthro form than in her human form.
She has a very agitated and overreactive personality and is rarely docile, usually avoids people and gets easily upset when surprised asked or given advice. Very stubborn and can be aggressive, however she's not very competitive or boastful.
Quite and fidgety and most often gets unwanted attention.
