I definitely love the distinct differences of the style of the characters and the background. The watercolor effect has such softness to it. Loving it!

Yeah, I alvays draw my BGs with Acryl brush and Watercolor in SAI, I love that smothness and nice blending ^^

You mean you sad that Johnathan's gone? I guess it would be more sad if he stayed alive (he ages much slower than regular mouse and this is really sad)

It's a very sweet picture an makes The Capn' wish they'd do a prequel with Jonathan meetin' Ms. Brisby XD

This is a beautiful piece! You've captured it beautifully! Secret of NIMH was one of the first, if not the very first movie I ever saw as a child. It remains to this day one of my all-time favorites.
