I was feeling so bummed about the seams on this suit, this is one of those furs that shows every seam even if you hand sew it, it is just so dense and the fur puckers in the seam. And what was worse is the fur has less stretch than normal so I had to put awkward dart seams all over, including across the pecs... I was actually really upset with the results.

And then I got a bright idea.

Hide the seams with more seams.

And so here we have a toony elephant skin look done via a ton of tiny folded in sewn seams (and a couple of finer lines via paint pen) I freehanded them, just laid the suit out, saw were I wanted to add a few lines, put the suit through the machine, and repeated till I was content.
