I'm not too sure anymore, I was convinced he was light sensitive because he can follow your head when you look at him. But the flash for these photos didn't even phase him! Its not really clear what state his vision is in anymore.

Camera flashes don't seem to bother wild animals, at least in my experience.

How long do they live?

8 to 10 years roughly. Some live more, some live less. My little guy (seen here) hit 8 before he passed away.

That he was! He developed it around 6 or 7 years old.
