Yes, you have improved greatly. I recall you used to use many straight lines to give a sketchier look to your art, and since your line-style has changed quite a bit :} But you still draw eyes very similarly, and there is the same charm to your art... Also, different artists tend to keep to certain palettes. For example, you rarely use strong colours (like r255, g0 b 0) unless it's to emphasise eyes. You soften the colours and make them bright, but more natural.
I don't know. It was recogniseable though xD
