Here is one more belated 'photo-op' (originally intended to have been posted on "Throwback Thursday"), and, ironically, I should've posted it on June 10th, as it had marked the birthday of my brother Glenn.
I'd chosen a picture I took of him during the Summer of 1993, when he drove all the way up (from his condo in Margate, Florida - which, at the time, he was already living in for several years) to my own basement apartment on Cotton Street in Reading, Pennsylvania. (Glenn was also on his way up along the Eastern Seaboard, to visit our sister Rhonda and her two daughters Erica and Corynne [who all resided in a two-story house in Elmont, New York - prior to a later move to the city of Wantagh].)
Of course, while I was living in Reading, I wasn't completely alone. I had a pet parakeet (that originally belonged to Erica and Corynne) named Blueberry who helped me cope with the tedium of living all by myself. And even though she wasn't as well-trained as Blackout - another parakeet that my sister owned during the 1970s and 1980s (see http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16492427/ ), she was still well-behaved. As you can see, Blueberry easily got along with Glenn, who used his hand as a perch.
Since Glenn was born in June, 1957, I hope to post a few more 'photo-ops' of him during this month...
