After seeing so many adorable Diapered Dewotts, I decided enough was enough and drew one of my own. Diapers go so well with that skirt thing they wear, and occasionally without it as well. And yes, I'm aware Otters eat sea urchins and I should have drawn one of those on his diaper instead of a fish.
