It had been a while and many a person calmed down, falling in to the routine that has become our lives. It was little bit of a rut, but something I actually quite enjoyed. Wake up, do the things needing to be done, relax, and then call it a night. Routine. One day though, things got stirred up a bit when I overheard a conversation going on downstairs while I was sitting up in the living room reading a book. Turns out, that we had something living in the forest. A little chanting could be heard at night and it was spooking some of the girls. Alicen was having a field day with the theatrics of it though. I gave a sigh and closed my book with a bit of a loud thud, much to my amusement causing a bit of a startle among those that were sitting around. I called out and let them know that I'd handle it tonight. The tension in the air quickly lifted while Alicen gave a loud 'hrmph'. Mm, I had quite the night ahead.

Sorry about not posting much in a while. I've been in a bit of a slump in writing following the depression I had. I'm finally getting out of the depression and I'm starting to push myself out of my slump thankfully. Here's to more uploads!
