Borzoi Head - Critique please!
I'm planning on wearing this as a badge to a dog show. I need to know why the nose looks off on this and how to fix it.
Yes, the nose is supposed to be that long.
Yes, the ears are supposed to be that small and thin.
Yes, the eyes are supposed to be that big.
And yes, it has extra molars. Borzoi have those. :P

I am no Zoi expert, however they are one of my favourite dogs and I made a redline. I know this is a sketch, but I thought the neck fur could stand to be longer and curlier, so I did that mostly for myself. The muzzle shape looks wonderful, I think maybe its the shape/angle of the actual nose.

Yeah, mine's really sketchy, but you can see (Zoi's) left nostril, the center line of the nose, and then the right nostril just barely. But rather than dipping into the right nostril, the line of the nose remains solid. Angled noses/muzzles are hard :p I'm trying to practice them but, yeah everything looks wonky to me when I do it too.
