This was actually taken using macro mode of a normal camera through the eyepiece of a dissecting microscope. I have almost 50 shots of different species, but these were the only ones that looked so artistic. The rest were for my own amusement/reference and involve closeups of eyes/faces of wings on white backgrounds. I'll toss a few others up in scraps in a few!
