Keyshot, but with a lot of post work in PS. The good thing about keyshot is you can just send everything directly from zBrush to Keyshot without the need to export and tweak maps and its easy to make changes.

Yes, I know. :D I have ZB to KS as well. Isn't it frigging great? Did you use the human skin shader for the SSS or something else?

It's a combination between a brown leather shader ( or brown wood shader can't remember ) and human skin shader, i just put them together in PS.
