I worked on my 3d-printed Nylon fursuit-head. Sew-on snaps were glued in the holes to attach the lips. The lips were made of satin-band with a elastic band inside. The fur-cover will be attached to the lips and the snaps on top of the head.
I have build several fursuit-head with removable fur - It make it so much easier to clean it.
