Hi All...

I'm looking to sell some of my animation collection. Starting with this cel from Balto. Figured I would post it here before I move to a gallery or eBay. I would be a lot happier selling directly to a fan of the film.

Some background on artwork from Balto. Balto was a hand drawn film, with hand painted backgrounds. Much like the Lion King, the film was digitally painted, so there are no production cels from the film. However, the studio made one off cels using the original drawings. They picked scenes and used the original drawings to hand ink and paint special animation cels to be sold or given to those that worked on the film. This is one of those. This is the only one of this scene. These are rare to come by.

This cel features Jenna and Rosie. It has a seal in the corner (seen in the picture) that says " Balto c 1996 U.C.S & Amblin"

The cel is framed in a black frame (the frame should probably be updated at some point. It does have some scuffing) and a triple mat with a foam board background.

The size of the frame is: 25x20

The image size of Jenna and Rosie is: 7x6


I am asking $500 and whatever shipping is to your area. ( local pick up in the Seattle area is welcome)
