Mara, Jake and Sera, with mixed reactions to whatever is off-screen. :V

Played with brushes and made a different one for grass/leaves/tree branches, because the other one didn’t work well with lighter colors. So basically now It’s a wide white (sub-color) brush with two large black (main color) blocks on either size. When pressure gets lower, they taper down. Whole BG is drawn using that single brush.

Still need to make up my mind about how to deal with character colors when drawing in monochrome. Perhaps it’s easier to color them first, then apply the gradient filters, rather than paint them in monochrome and having to guess what color to pick for skin/clothes/etc.
