kinda useful o3o can the limbs regrow? Whats with arrows or guns?

The limbs can't be cut normally, only with highly magical stuff, but if they do, they can be regrown if he eats or absorbs things
He can create arrows and guns, but his arms shrink whenever he makes bullets.
One skill he can do, is create, like a magic or laser gun, by making all the parts inside so it works as well.
Otherwise he can make a gun, but gets the bullets from another source, like he has t absorb missiles to be able to shoot them.
