Loved the colours on this one, and it went so well with that frame! This was bought by Sunhawk, who makes a lot of awesome work herself. It's always flattering when a fellow artist picks up a piece of your work or stops to say hello and leave a compliment, so thank you! Did this along the lines of my Owl Moon pendants, on the suggestion of my boyfriend that I do something on an open sky. I made the phoenix mostly darkly feathered to stand out against the lighter sky, which actually has a bit of cloud and a smoke wisp that didn't catch well on camera.
