I'd like a paint surface at least 2" wide.

If you plan to matte the puzzle, that's additional size on the outside frame.

I'd prefer to keep the masks simple, to help not make this a thousand dollar project.

Shipping the frame is also not cheap, unless we go to some of the same conventions?

Oh, and! Would you want the clock wheel to be a functioning clock, or just ornamental?
