Icon commission for blue443 of Blue♥!

Well I finished this yesterday but I wanted to wait so I could post Blue with another Hasia whom I was working on, but I got lazy in the day and never got around to finishing oops. I'm working on 3 other Hasia icons, but Blue has to come first obviously ♥ I've drawn Blue before a very long time ago, so it was really nice drawing him again! He's a handsome dragon ♥
