Not sure about that, but lets just say that if ya are alive ya need to have a place in time to born and once you die, you leave your mak in time, so when you suddenly create something like this, it kinda complements with the life of another, thats ehy springy and uni end up as friends
uni, garra and karrnade will remember their lifes normally since they were on the "eye of the storm" when the life happened, however its their usual lifes just with them included, everyone else will have their memories modified and will have them included (springy and kids)
