The most important information on Kimberly Farley is garnered from her criminal record (housed in the archives of the Supernatural Response, Research and Relations Agency, or S.3.R.A.). On public record, she is merely a person of interest, wanted for questioning in the disappearances of a few individuals, as well as a few other investigations. In the realm of S.3.R.A., though, she is a rogue Werewolf and a dangerous fugitive. the perpetrator of a grocery list of crimes both mundane and extranatural. These including (but hardly limited to): Murder, attempted murder, assault (with and without a deadly weapon), nonconsensual Turning of a human being, kidnapping, corruption and endangerment of a minor, rape (statutory in addition to "conventional"), identity theft, robbery, breaking and entering, drug and trafficking - the list goes on and on. She is known to have killed seven people as a human through various means, but she is wanted as a suspect in many other murders and missing persons cases - the murders either pertaining to the deaths young, newly turned male Werewolves who did not survive their first transformations, as well as deaths and maulings from "animal attacks" near locations where she is suspected to have passed through.

Many of the older charges levied against Kim were brought to light through the testimony of her former mate, Tobias Loomis, about three years after he left her company. From his account, she was 18 and he was 14, he a timid, awkward young teen with a lot of problems at home; meanwhile was a gorgeous young woman who knew all the things to say to make him feel appreciated, safe, and earn his trust… And then, one full moon she turned into a wolf (though he didn't know it at the time) to stalk him, savaged his arm, and ran off. A month later, she came over to his house for his first turning - and together they tore his father (an abusive monster) apart. The following three years were spent with her dragging him with her for his "safety;" in reality, she was making him dependent on her (for company, for drugs, and for physical intimacy) when she wasn't using him as an attack dog or whipping boy. He did many things he wasn't proud of for those years - all for her acceptance. Things went sour, though, after they had a child together - and she attempted to get rid of the infant girl within a few days of giving birth. Toby took the child and ran - and when S.3.R.A. finally caught up to them when he moved to Felton a few years afterward, he told all in a story that brought him nothing but discomfort to relate.

At this time, Kimberly Farley's whereabouts are unknown. Neither what little family she has or Toby Loomis has had any contact with her - or any contact that they admit to. If sighted by S.3.R.A. operatives, she is to either be arrested or executed. Bringing her in alive is preferred - but not at the risk to S.3.R.A. personnel or civilian casualties. Armed or unarmed, human or wolf, this rogue Were is to be considered extremely dangerous and is to be handled with extreme caution.
