Decided to try these out, and they turned out pretty fabulous! Even my fiance liked them.
Found the recipe on pinterest, don't remember where they got it.
One cup peanut butter
One cup sugar
One large egg
Mix together then preheat oven to 350, put scoops on cookie sheet and flatten before putting in to bake. Bake for 6-10 minutes.
