What's black and white and red all over? Not a newspaper. I don't know why I got this silly idea, but it's for Wish's birthday (
babbyarts) and I posted this sketch because I know I'll never get to the point of a finished drawing before the day is over, because I draw slooooooowly. (And because I'm too self-critical and perfectionistic and procrastinating and get distracted and fiddle with tiny details that no one will notice etc. etc.) >>EDIT<<: The inked/colored/shaded version is here.
Anyway I don't really know why Wish would blush and get all shy or whatever, but it could happen, and if it did, it would be really cute to see, so I sketched it. I wish Wish a happy birthday and hope everyone else does too!

Thankoo thankoo! I just thought that a tee and a jumper dress with sneakers seemed like something Wish would wear. :) When I get a chance I'll probably work on her arms and hands some more since they seem kind of too long and the hands don't really look right, and the figure looks a bit slanted like she's going to fall over so I'll probably fix that a bit too. But it's a good start I think!
