Here is a side by side comparison of a qualatex 17" balloon before and after it has been necked and stretched. Doing this can make balloon play more fun and allow you to get more size out of the balloon.

Ohhhh my gooodddd sorry, it's A qualatex 16". And if that's wrong, just know it's the size smaller than the 24".

I know there's stuffing balloons which are 18" so it might be that. It certainly doesn't look like a 16" (Although I may be wrong, nothing to compare it to)

The overall thing does look very very very much like a Q24 though XD

I never knew that about the white balloons, only the clear and black ones. But this is one of the first white balloons I've ever owned and I must say it looks fantastic with the skeppo print!

Haha that's quite the statement. Im not crazy for the 9" dollar store balloons but if it's 16" or larger and by a good brand odds are I can't hate it.

Ok this isn't a BSA. It's a qualatex and its a 16". Everyone is flipping out that I said 17" and it's annoying to the point im just about to delete the post haha.

No I understand your support. I didn't mean to come off as rude. It's probably my frustration with everyone ELSE's comments on this post. But you did teach me something new, I didn't know BSA is qualatex. But does that mean the BSA and qualatex quality is literally the same?
