Firstly, for those who don't play WoW, "HoT" is an abbreviation meaning "Heal Over Time". It refers to a type of healing spell that continues to heal the target for a certain amount of time after the healer casts the spell. Resto Druids are especially known for using a lot of HoTs.

Moving on...
Among my friends we're kinda heavy with the playing of Druids, and two of us fall under the Asexual banner (basically, it's a lack of interest in sex). Well, of us Ace Druids, neither of us is fond of the Restoration spec. We've got it on alts as an off-spec for the sake of running retro content, but we're not that great at it and much prefer ripping into our foes with teeth and claws (or a Moonfire to the face).

I came up with the joke, shared on a Firelands run, we all snickered, and thus a comic was born.
