Yeah, very few animals have them :3 Giraffes, okapis... I think there's a few relatives of theirs that do too, but it's uncommon.

They are different from horns of other ruminants. They are covered with skin. Giraffes are born with ossicones lying flat on the skull, but they rise shortly after birth. Male giraffes can go bald and loose the long hair on top of of ossicones.

The tops of ossicones are a lot like the top of human head. So, since Puzzle is anthropomorphic, does that mean she enjoys when her head is stroken?

I've never found my ossicones to be sensitive. Though, my boyfriend has a fondness of my tail, which is another story.
