Unlike the other mewtwo-clone-types me and Lanhao been working on, this guy is actually genetically related to Zero, the original of these horrible little hairballs. If Zero had no compunctions about using his abilities? Yeah, he'd be this guy. They're very much opposites despite being 'brothers'.
