I believe it was  scorp who commissioned me to see Ransom being tickled by another character.
The Border Collie doing the tickling is more or less just a place-holder, he can be replaced with any other character.

Please understand that I've never done tickling art before, but I did try my best. I like Ransom's face.
In the inking stage, his manacles would be corrected and a few more restraints thrown in places that would make sense, of course.
