Forgive me if this isn't new information, but I do like to share when I see another Zbrush artist making use of the awesomeness that is zspheres, you can go a step further with Zsketch =D

Shift+A to go into Z-sketch mode. You can sketch more muscles onto your amature there to get the mass closer to actual. Do a bind ( It's under unified skin, or adaptive skin, or zsketch, one of those 3 menus ) to combine your Zspheres, with your Z-sketch muscle spheres.
