well that's much nicer then what she's use to seeing at least (i'm guessing because it's sitting where the display should be that this is the spiritual/otherworldly personification of the system)

I think you may be on to something there, especially given it's the "naga" hardlight system, and there does seem to be some naga-like influences to the creature. Certainly can give Rhoda a unique "correlation" to the "interface". The question remains though, as to what the intentions of this being are. After all, not all that is strange and otherworldy has necessarily been evil, even if they may perhaps not be precisely "good".
