I remember Muk :D

haha every episode with Ash's Muk has Muk Flattening him when he comes out.
Much like James' Pokemon, even Ash has his fair share of pokemon that love him a bit too much hehe.

I always felt it was a shame they just didn't get a new protagonist each time they moved generations, like the comics/games do, but alas - I can see why they don't. Unfortunately, it really kills a lot of potential character development for Ash and kind of makes him look like a jerk. So many "I promise to come back" and such things being thrown around, but because of the 'moving forward' thing, how often does he follow through with them? Pretty sure he would if he could, but the anime's not letting him.

At this point though, it might be for the best - can you imagine a dozen or two 'mons all piling onto him at once in joy of seeing him again? XD
He'd be flattened for sure!

there actually are episodes between the series where he goes back and meets up with all the pokemon he's sent to Oak :D it's not like they all tackle him at once though xD that'd be too much. Although I think his snorlax alone would be too much to handle haha.

Hmm, I haven't kept up with the series much since they started moving into the 4th gen - I remember an occasional old member being brought back every now and then (Charizard vs Articuno) but it's been so long I can't really remember much else... Did he ever meet up with his Pidgeot again? Said he'd come back for him after the Orange Islands but don't think he ever did.

Ummm I can't remember I didn't go very far when I was watching the series from the start haha. I remember him meeting up with one of his birds but I'm blurry as to which one it was.

Pigeot, Noctowl, Talonflame, Swellow. Gah there are too many xD

Oh and the fossils - aerodactyl, archeops, and tyrantrum are just <3

Haha I was mainly just naming the birds that Ash had xD but yes they are all beautiful :3
