I made at least 35 of these for a family reunion last night. These are what happened to be left over. Probably gonna be the best weekend ever once the clock hits 12:00pm right fellas?
Ingredients: pork chops finely pounded for at least 10 minutes (this goes for every one chop!), flour, seasoning salt, black pepper, crunchy dry red hot pepper (or none, depending if you cant handle it), and oil
Steps: remember, each single chop must be pounded and tenderized or 10 minutes, this makes the meat very tender and easy to eat with tugging. After tenderizing the chops, make sure the seasoning salt, black pepper, and hot pepper (Optional) are mixed in the flour. If so, roll each chop in the seasoned flour while the oil is heating up. When oil is hot, place the floured chops in the oil and wait until golden brown. After that, dig in
