Early Ridgeway

I wanted to do another portrait of Gary Ridgeway in earlier years of his sentencing. I didn't have as much time to work on this one. But, I did get it done "enough" to post in two sittings. Overall, I'm not as satisfied with this one as I am the other portrait. But, practice is practice!
