I don't remember what her first name means completely ("blue" something) but her last name is, you guessed it, another Thai phrase pulled straight out of obvious characteristics, namely her "ok" (bosom) and "gon" (posterior) which tend to easily "buam" (swell) basically at the drop of a hat.

I'll figure out the deets of Nilima's character a little later, but for now, have a shyly-beautiful dragoness! ^^
