I feel this image is the perfect representation of fatherhood (or at least it is for me =). Equal parts love and annoyance expressed by an unamused stare (with possible developing eye twitch) and a surly manner (that only goes away when no one is looking...nothing makes me happier than seeing my daughter sleeping peacefully...for so many reasons that moment expresses everything I want for her as her father =). Hope your father loved this as much as my wife and I do (if not...or if you want to give him another gift, I would suggest getting a picture of you sleeping or appearing to sleep peacefully on a couch or comfy chair...you might get to see that look we father's only tend to show when we think no one is looking...since, they're asleep for it =).
